6. Attendance & Missed Classes
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.
If a student is unable to attend:
- Advance notice should be provided whenever possible.
- Rescheduling is subject to the applicable program policy and tutor availability.
- Missed classes without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
7. Learning Plans
For personalized and SEN programs, LumiQ may prepare an Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
The IEP may be reviewed periodically based on:
- Academic progress
- Student engagement
- Parent feedback
- Tutor observations
Program modifications remain at LumiQ's academic discretion after consultation with parents.

11. Fees & Payments

12. Refund & Cancellation

- Fees for completed classes are non-refundable.
